<p>Paroc Ultra is a flexible thermal insulation slab that can be used for heat, sound and fire protection, as well as improving energy efficiency in the construction of new buildings and renovation of existing ones. An excellent choice for exterior wall, pitched roof, and floor solutions. The slab's increased bulk density provides better thermal insulation without air convection, which is especially important in ventilated facades and mansard pitched roofs. Working with Paroc Ultra is easy – the flexible material fills the designated space in the frame structure and stays firmly in place without additional support. Stone wool does not burn, does not shrink, does not retain moisture, breathes and allows construction moisture to dry more effectively. Paroc stone wool products are capable of withstanding the effects of high temperatures. The binder begins to evaporate when the temperature exceeds approximately +200 °C. Thermal insulation properties remain unchanged, but compressive strength decreases.
