The nozzle should be cut to create an opening sufficient for dispensing. Insert the cartridge with the applicator into the gun and fill the applicator with acrylic by pressing the gun trigger several times. Apply the acrylic into the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing the gun trigger while drawing the applicator along the joint evenly. After applying the acrylic, smooth it with a rubber spatula. Remove excess acrylic.</p><u>Recommendations:</u><ul><li>Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of old material residues, polish, dust, grease and other contaminants that may affect adhesion.</li><li>The joint should be provided with a suitable backing material of the correct size (e.g. PE polyethylene cord).</li><li>Taping the edges of the joints with masking tape before filling the joint provides the best result.</li><li>It is recommended to coat the cured sealant with a suitable paint to ensure its longevity and a colour matching the surface tone.</li><li>Paintable after full curing. Curing time depends on the size of the joint (2.5 - 3 mm / day). Premature painting may cause paint cracking.</li><li>All joints must be adequately ventilated.</li><li>During curing, ensure that no contaminants can settle on the surface and that mechanical load does not affect the joint surface.</li><li>Do not use at temperatures below +5°C.</li><li>Not suitable for joints with significant movement (more than 8% of the joint width).</li><li>Not suitable for joints in permanent contact with water.</li><li>Not suitable for joints with bitumen surfaces.</li><li>Poor adhesion to glass and some plastics.</li><li>May cause corrosion on exposed metal surfaces.</li><li>Cannot be sanded like filler after curing.</li></ul>
