<p>Ready-to-use polymer filler for interior use. The filler is designed for use with a filling machine (e.g. Swing Airless) and for application with a roller. Plastic creamy consistency. No more than 3 mm may be applied in a single coat. The filler can be used indoors for surface preparation for painting or wallpapering. Intended for concrete, plaster and gypsum board surfaces with preparation level Q2-Q4. Can be used on gypsum boards, gypsum fibre boards, plaster, concrete/aerated concrete, and cement boards.</p><u>Technical Data:</u><ul><li>Complies with standard EN 13963:2014</li><li>Fire reaction class A2-s1,d0 according to EN 13501-1</li><li>Type 2A fine filler in accordance with EN 13963:2014</li><li>Air and substrate temperature during application and drying must be above +5 °C</li><li>Consumption ~ 1.58 kg/mm/m² for surface filling at Q3, Q4 quality</li><li>Drying time depends on the absorption capacity of the surface, air temperature and humidity in the room. When applying a "0 mm" coat, allow to dry for 3-4 h</li></ul><u>Instructions for Use:</u><p>The substrate must be clean, dry, stable without loose parts, dust-free and degreased. To fill any holes or larger transitions in the surface, fill them in advance with filler and allow to dry.</p><p>Rough concrete surfaces do not need to be primed. Any other surface, such as smooth concrete, aerated concrete, gypsum or cement plasters, gypsum board surfaces, etc., must be prepared with a suitable primer. In cases of normal absorption, prime with Knauf Tiefengrund deep primer; in cases of very strong or very weak absorption, prime with Knauf Sperrgrund or Specialhaftgrund.</p><p>When using an airless spray device such as PFT SWING AIRLESS, pour the filler into the machine's tank before starting work. If application is intended with a roller, the material in the bucket must be stirred before use. The material can be sprayed or rolled in a coat no thicker than 3mm. Spatulas of 45 - 100 cm are suitable for levelling. Always use clean tools. If necessary, a second coat can be applied or sprayed after the first coat has fully dried and hardened. The working time with a spatula is approx. 15 - 25 min, depending on layer thickness. After drying, the surface must be sanded.</p><p>Air and substrate temperature must not be lower than +10°C</p>
