The nozzle should be cut at a 45° angle to create a sufficient opening for dispensing. Insert the cartridge with the applicator into the gun and fill the applicator with sealant by pressing the trigger mechanism several times. Apply the sealant into the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing the gun trigger while smoothly pulling the applicator along the joint. After applying the sealant, smooth it with a rubber spatula. Remove excess sealant.

All joints must be adequately ventilated.
During curing, ensure that no contaminants can settle on the surface and that mechanical load does not affect the joint surface.
As a result of continuous contact with water, joints may turn yellow, but this does not affect the quality of the material.
Joint edges may be taped, however the tape must be removed immediately after completing the work or after the sealant has cured.

After curing, the PENOSIL Premium All Weather surface will be slightly tacky.
The cured surface can be painted with paints and varnishes available in stores. When painting an uncured surface, curing of the sealant may slow down if paints without solvents are used.
Recommendations:

Keep at room temperature for 24 hours before use

Application temperature from -5°C to + 40°C

Surfaces must be clean from dust and dirt

Porous surfaces must be dry and free of oil
