<p>A product for increasing the strength and wear resistance of concrete for indoor and outdoor use. Used on concrete floors, walls, plinths, pillars, paving slabs in warehouses, workshops, production facilities, car service centers, parking lots, garages, water treatment plants, sewage wells, pavements, etc. Suitable for treating asbestos-cement tiles and plastered walls (including lime plaster).</p><u>Properties:</u><ul><li>Penetrates deeply into concrete pores and micro-cracks</li><li>A solution of active silicates, catalysts and surfactants</li><li>Due to chemical interaction with the calcium in cement, dense silicon dioxide forms a similar crystalline structure</li><li>Increases concrete strength and wear resistance by 30 - 50%</li><li>Reduces water absorption of concrete by 5 - 10 times</li><li>Improves adhesion with various paints and varnishes, thereby raising the surface of the coating material</li><li>Frees the surface from dust</li><li>Suitable for independent surface coating</li><li>The treated surface is resistant to most organic acids, fats, and petroleum products</li><li>Not suitable for fresh (up to 14 days) concrete</li><li>Maximum VOC content in the product &lt;30 g/l</li><li>Consumption 3 - 6 m²/l depending on the absorption capacity of the surface</li><li>Package volume 3 l</li></ul><u>Application:</u><p>The surface to be treated must be cleaned of loose elements, dust, grease, oil and other dirt. The temperature of the surface to be treated and the air must be between +5 and +35°C. At temperatures above +25°C, the surface should be moistened with water, but ensure that no water remains on the surface. Fresh concrete surfaces must be allowed to dry for at least 14 days before treatment. The product damages the structure of glass and aluminium; avoid contact with these surfaces.</p><p>The product is ready to use, do not dilute. Apply to the surface with a sprayer, brush or roller, ensuring a consumption of at least 0.2 l/m². Apply to the surface in even thin layers, applying each subsequent layer after the previous one has been absorbed. Drying time between two coats is 5 - 20 minutes depending on the absorption capacity of the surface. Do not leave the product in puddles on the surface. If puddles appear, spread them across the surface with a brush. When using a sprayer, ensure the nozzle is 20 - 30 cm away from the concrete surface being treated. If salt stains appear on the surface, wash the surface. The treated surface can be repainted after 2 days.</p><p>Working tools - brush, roller, sprayer, watering can. Wash tools with soap and water.</p><p>Drying time 5 - 20 minutes at 20ºC and 50% relative humidity, until the second coat is applied. At lower temperatures and higher humidity, drying time increases. Wait at least 2 days before further treatment of the surface. The treated surface gains wear resistance and durability after 3 - 4 weeks.</p>
