Waterproofing Kit AquaBrake Fiber 10l

Penosil waterproofing kit AquaBrake Fiber 10 l is a complete solution for professional waterproofing of floors and walls in wet rooms before tile installation. The kit includes four essential components that ensure the creation of a high-quality and long-lasting waterproof layer in bathrooms, shower cabins, saunas and other sanitary rooms.

AquaBrake Fiber 640 waterproofing mastic is a fiber-reinforced, ready-to-use water-based mastic that, after drying, forms a flexible, waterproof layer and changes color from light blue to transparent, indicating complete drying. BetPrimer 603 bonding dispersion ensures excellent adhesion between the substrate and the waterproofing layer, especially on concrete, brick and plastered surfaces.

AquaBrake Fabric 435 reinforcing fabric strengthens the waterproofing in critical areas, such as corners, joints and pipe connections, preventing cracking and providing additional protection. The brush included in the kit has been specially selected for the even application of waterproofing mastic.

The mastic is environmentally friendly, water-based, and does not emit odors or harmful compounds during use, making it safe for use in enclosed spaces. The product is suitable for heated floors and complies with EN 14891 standard for single-component, liquid-applied water-impermeable products under ceramic tiles.
Technical data:

AquaBrake Fiber 640:

Density 1.35 g/ml

pH 9.6

Consumption 1.1 - 1.3 kg/m²

Drying time between coats 2 hours

Full curing 6 - 12 hours

Crack bridging up to 0.75 mm

Color light blue

PENOSIL BetPrimer 603:

Dilution ratio 1:5 with water

Intended for priming concrete surfaces

AquaBrake Fabric 435:

Reinforcing fabric for waterproofing

Minimum width at corners 20 cm

Minimum width at joints 10 cm

Working temperature +10°C to +25°C

Complies with EN 14891 standard

Professional brush included
